Shipping & Returns

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves us.

Shipping

  • United States: Flat $7.99 standard shipping on every order. Typically 3 to 7 business days.
  • International: Calculated at checkout. Typically 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs.
  • Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

No Refunds · No Returns · No Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is a NO-REFUND, NO-RETURN, NO-EXCHANGE product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, our products are personal-care items sealed and shrink-wrapped at the factory. This product is designed to be fully opened and used - once the seal is broken or the product has shipped from our facility, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances, even if unused or unopened. We do not accept returns of any kind.

By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this no-refund / no-return / no-exchange policy and that you are purchasing a final-sale personal-care product.

Damaged or wrong items

The only exception to our no-refund policy: if your order arrives physically damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email info@glowtivated.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We'll replace the item at no cost to you.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered order that does not qualify under the damaged / wrong-item exception above is considered fraudulent. We retain checkout consent records, tracking information and proof of delivery, and will dispute all unauthorized chargebacks with the customer's bank.
