Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves us.

Shipping

• United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Typically 3 to 7 business days.
• International: Calculated at checkout. Typically 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs.
• Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skin-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email info@glowtivated.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
